UP Library: Delinquent Database

The Delinquent database provides a consolidated list of library users from all U.P. Constituent Universities with outstanding accountabilities in any of the libraries in U.P.

The database is primarily used by U.P. libraries and other concerned offices in connection with the granting of library privileges and issuance of university clearance to students, faculty, and staff.

Currently, access to this site is strictly limited to authorized staff.

Notice to Users [2 Dec 2022]:

    Dear DLQ Database users,

    Effective today, we are implementing Single-Sign-On (SSO) via UP Mail.

    Some existing users do not yet have registered UP emails in the database. If you are unable to sign in using your UP Mail accounts, kindly email technical support: it-mainlib.updiliman@up.edu.ph.
